Code execution via TIFF parser buffer overwrite

Out-of-bounds write in Siemens JT2Go and Teamcenter Visualization allows local users to execute code via a crafted TIFF file. The TIFF parser writes past the end of an allocated buffer when the application opens malformed image data, corrupting process memory. JT2Go before 14.2.0.5 and Teamcenter Visualization 13.2 before 13.2.0.14, 14.1 before 14.1.0.10, and 14.2 before 14.2.0.5 are affected; a user must open the file, and code runs with that process's privileges.
