Runtime crash via empty eig tensor

Divide-by-zero in paddle.linalg.eig in PaddlePaddle before 2.6.0 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the runtime. The CPU EigKernel fails to reject an empty input tensor before eigenvalue computation, so a zero-sized dimension triggers a floating-point exception. Exploitation requires an application to pass an attacker-influenced tensor to this API, and the resulting termination interrupts that hosting process.
