Runtime crash via zero-dimension stride division

Divide-by-zero in paddle.nanmedian in PaddlePaddle before 2.6.0 allows attackers to crash the runtime with an empty tensor. The CPU and GPU nanmedian kernels derive stride from the tensor's final dimension and divide numel by that unchecked value. The vulnerable function must process a tensor whose final dimension is zero; the documented proof of concept terminates the hosting process, affecting availability only.
