Process crash via zero-sized matrix dimension

Divide-by-zero in paddle.linalg.matrix_power in PaddlePaddle before 2.5.0 allows remote attackers to crash the runtime via a crafted tensor. MatrixPowerInferMeta failed to reject a zero-sized input dimension before matrix-power evaluation, allowing a negative exponent on a [1,1,0,0] tensor to trigger a floating-point exception. Exploitation requires an application to pass attacker-controlled tensor dimensions to this library API; the observed consequence is termination of the PaddlePaddle process.
