Process crash via unchecked multi-element axis tensor

Null pointer dereference in paddle.flip in PaddlePaddle before 2.5.0 allows context-dependent attackers to crash a consuming process. PyObject_CheckLongOrToLong accepts a tensor as a scalar integer without verifying that it contains one element, so a multi-element axis reaches flip conversion and dereferences a null pointer. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled axis data to paddle.flip, terminating that process without reported data modification.
