Unauthenticated command execution via H2 JDBC injection

Command injection in Metabase Open Source before 0.46.6.1 and Enterprise before 1.46.6.1 allows remote attackers to execute server commands. The exposed setup token lets /api/setup/validate pass an attacker-controlled JDBC URI to H2, where stacked SQL creates a trigger that runs code. No authentication or special configuration is required when the setup token remains populated, and execution inherits the server process privileges.
