Privilege escalation in Siemens SICAM TOOLBOX II before 07.10 allows local users to execute operating system commands as SYSTEM. The application's database service runs under NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM, causing commands executed through the service to inherit its unrestricted privileges. A low-privileged local account is required, and successful exploitation grants SYSTEM-level control of the host.
