Authenticated information disclosure via unvalidated modTXSO URI
Published Jan 23, 2024 · Updated Jun 20, 2025
SSRF in Trend Micro Apex Central 2019 builds before 6481 allows remote authenticated users to access internal or local services. The modTXSO module accesses a resource identified by a URI without properly validating the URI first. Exploitation requires authentication and the ability to execute low-privileged code on the server, and it exposes information reachable by the service account.
