Unauthenticated code execution via IP loopback double-free

Double-free in IP loopback parsing in Weston Embedded Solutions uC-TCP-IP 3.06.01 allows remote attackers to execute code. When an invalid IPv4 option makes NetICMPv4_TxMsgErr route an error to a disabled loopback interface, two discard paths free the same buffer. Matching source and destination addresses are required; later buffer reuse and an ARP reply produce a null write, demonstrated as a crash and code execution when address zero holds function pointers.
