Local privilege escalation via GNSS bounds-check omission

Out-of-bounds write in the UNISOC GNSS service on affected Android 11 chipsets allows local users to gain elevated privileges. The GNSS service omits a bounds check before writing input-derived data, allowing memory outside the intended buffer to be overwritten. The vendor rates access as local with low privileges; successful memory corruption can elevate execution within the Android device.
