Cookie injection in libcurl 7.9.1 through 8.3.0 allows attackers to load chosen cookies from a file named none. curl_easy_duphandle copies the cookie-enabled state without cookie data and records the absent cookie source as the literal filename none. Exploitation requires a duplicated handle with cookies enabled, no prior cookie file, and a readable, correctly formatted none file in the process working directory.
