HTTPS service lockout via stalled TLS handshake

Denial of service in DietPi-Dashboard 0.6.1 allows remote attackers to block HTTPS access by leaving a TLS handshake unfinished. The HTTPS backend admits only one handshake at a time and waits indefinitely when the connected client never begins that handshake. The dashboard must be running in HTTPS mode and reachable by the attacker; one stalled connection then prevents legitimate TLS sessions for an indefinite period.
