Local denial of service via empty D-Bus record

Reachable assertion in Avahi before 0.9 allows local users to crash avahi-daemon through an empty D-Bus resource record. The D-Bus AddRecord handler passes a null rdata pointer for a zero-length payload to avahi_rdata_parse(), whose assertion aborts the daemon rather than rejecting the record. Any unprivileged local user can reach the handler when user service publishing retains its default enabled setting, causing a service interrupt without data disclosure or modification.
