Privilege escalation in UNISOC chipsets on Android 9–11 allows local users to gain elevated privileges through vowifiservice. The service omits a required permission check, but UNISOC has not disclosed the protected operation or request path. Local access to an affected Android device is required; successful exploitation elevates privileges without additional execution privileges.
