Process crash via wrapped JSON allocation size

Integer overflow in iperf3 before 3.14 allows remote attackers to crash a server or client through a crafted control-message length. The JSON_read function adds one to a peer-controlled 32-bit length; 0xffffffff wraps the allocation size to zero before Nread copies the declared data into the buffer. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation interrupts only the affected iperf3 process.
