Submission disclosure via unchecked export authorization
Published Jun 19, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Missing authorization in Ninja Forms 3.6.25 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to export stored form submissions. The export_listen() handler processes a crafted export request without checking the caller's WordPress capability before returning submission data. Contributor-level access is required, and the resulting export can expose every saved response, including personal data collected by forms.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
