Unrestricted file upload in Dahua Smart Park Management 20230713 allows remote authenticated users to place executable JSP files. The devicePoint_addImgIco endpoint accepts the multipart upload field, renames a supplied JSP under a web-accessible directory, and does not reject the executable type. A low-privileged application account can request the stored JSP and execute code in the web-server context.
