CVE-2023-3835Network attack vector

Script execution via unneutralized ticket message

Published Jul 22, 2023 · Updated Oct 15, 2024

Cross-site scripting in MineStack 1.0 Ticket Handler allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a crafted ticket message. The /user/ticket/create handler processes the message parameter without adequately neutralizing it for web-page output. A low-privileged account can submit the payload, but execution requires another user to view the affected content and remains confined to that browser context.
