Cross-site scripting in Bug Finder EX-RATE 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through a crafted ticket message. The /user/ticket/create handler accepts the message parameter without neutralizing browser-executable content before it is displayed. A victim must view the affected ticket content, and the resulting script runs in that victim's browser context.
