Browser script execution via crafted product names
Published Jul 28, 2023 · Updated Oct 23, 2024
Stored XSS in Zoho ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus 14001 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser. The product name field stores malicious JavaScript without neutralizing it, and the Products list view executes the payload when another user opens the page. A low-privileged account and a subsequent visit by another user are required; execution is limited to that visitor's browser context.
