Device identifier disclosure via world-readable system properties

Information disclosure in Orbic Maui 1.4.2 allows local users to read the device IMEI and ICCID through Android system properties. A high-privilege process copies both identifiers into the readable persist.sys.verizon_test_plan_imei and persist.sys.verizon_test_plan_iccid properties. Any locally installed app can retrieve the persistent identifiers without permissions or special privileges, bypassing Android 10 access controls.
