Local ICCID disclosure via readable system property

Information disclosure in TCL 30Z Firmware allows local users to read the device ICCID through an Android system property. A high-privilege process writes the non-resettable identifier to persist.sys.tctPowerIccid, which ordinary apps can read with getprop. A malicious app needs no permissions or special privileges, and the exposed ICCID enables persistent subscriber identification.
