Sensitive-information disclosure via container image contents
Published Oct 22, 2023 · Updated Sep 11, 2024
Information disclosure in IBM Cognos Dashboards on Cloud Pak for Data 4.7.0 allows remote attackers to read sensitive data from container images. IBM has not identified the image layer, file, or build step that places the sensitive information in those images. Network reachability is required, but authentication and user interaction are not; the disclosed consequence is limited to data exposure supporting further attacks.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
