Unauthenticated disclosure of sensitive CLI arguments
Published Mar 27, 2025 · Updated Aug 17, 2025
Information exposure in IBM Cloud Pak System allows remote attackers to read sensitive CLI arguments over the network. IBM identifies the exposed locus as command-line arguments but has not published which CLI process exposes them or how a non-endpoint reads the channel. Network access is sufficient and no authentication or user interaction is required; disclosure is limited to secrets present in affected CLI arguments.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
