Sensitive-memory disclosure via unvalidated font object
Published Aug 10, 2023 · Updated May 28, 2026
Use-after-free in embedded-font parsing in Adobe Acrobat Reader allows attackers to disclose sensitive memory through crafted content. The parser operates on an object without first validating that it exists, producing stale-object access while processing an embedded font. A victim must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file; the leak can help bypass ASLR, while code execution requires another flaw.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
