Unauthenticated read access to administration endpoints
Published Sep 14, 2023 · Updated Feb 27, 2025
Improper access control in Adobe ColdFusion 2018 Update 18, 2021 Update 8, and 2023 Update 2 and earlier lets remote attackers read admin endpoints. The administration CFM and CFC endpoints enforce access controls incorrectly, but Adobe has not disclosed the faulty check or request-handling path. Network access requires no authentication or user interaction, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to low-impact confidentiality loss.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
