Application hang via recursive XML entity expansion

Denial of service in Qt before 5.15.15, 6.x before 6.2.10, and 6.3.x through 6.5.x before 6.5.3 lets remote attackers hang applications. QXmlStreamReader accepts multiple DOCTYPE elements with DTD fragments in the XML prolog and body, then loops during recursive entity expansion. Any application that parses attacker-controlled XML with the affected reader can freeze or exhaust memory, interrupting that application's service.
