Heap-memory disclosure via DHCP buffer over-read

Buffer over-read in Microsoft Windows DHCP Server allows remote attackers to read process-heap memory through crafted DHCP traffic. The service reads beyond a DHCP message buffer and can return initialized or uninitialized bytes from its process heap; Microsoft has not disclosed the parser or field that triggers the over-read. The DHCP Server role must be enabled and network-reachable, and the reported consequence is limited to partial memory disclosure without data modification or service interruption.
