CVE-2023-38131Network attack vector

Authenticated service interruption via improper input validation

Published Nov 14, 2023 · Updated Aug 30, 2024

Improper input validation in Intel Unison before 20.14.5683.0 on Windows allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service. Intel has not disclosed the affected component, the rejected input, or how the validation failure interrupts the application. The same undisclosed flaw affects Android before 20.14.4244 and iOS before 20.14.2.3053; network authentication is required, and the reported consequence is availability loss only.
