Published Jul 12, 2023 · Updated Oct 23, 2024
Stored XSS in JetBrains TeamCity before 2023.05.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script during custom builds. JetBrains identifies the custom-build workflow but has not published the affected parameter, rendering path, or missing output-encoding operation. A user with custom-build permission must store the payload, and another user must interact with the resulting page for browser-context script execution.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
