Password disclosure via composite build UI rendering
Published Jul 12, 2023 · Updated Oct 23, 2024
Information exposure in JetBrains TeamCity before 2023.05.1 allows remote authenticated users to view password parameters in the UI. In certain composite build configurations, the UI renders parameters marked as the password type instead of preserving their masked presentation. Low-privileged access and an affected composite configuration are required; disclosure is limited to parameter values exposed by that view.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
