Unrestricted file upload in SourceCodester House Rental and Property Listing System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The upload handler in btn_functions.php processes attacker-controlled PHP content without enforcing a safe file type, permitting executable code through the upload path. A valid low-privilege account is required; successful exploitation runs arbitrary PHP under the web server account.
