Stored XSS via unvalidated survey answers

Stored cross-site scripting in the OTRS Survey module allows attackers with unanswered survey links to inject JavaScript into replies. The module accepts free-text survey answers without validating JavaScript content and later renders the stored answer when an authenticated agent reads the reply. A valid, unanswered survey link is required, and the script runs only when an authenticated agent views the reply; affected releases are 7.0.x before 7.0.32, 8.0.x before 8.0.13, and Community Edition 6.0.x through 6.0.22.
