Cross-user webhook access via unchecked record ownership

Broken object-level authorization in Easy!Appointments before 1.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to access and alter any user's webhooks. The GET, PUT, and DELETE /webhooks/{webhookId} handlers trust the caller-supplied webhook identifier without verifying ownership or authorization for the targeted record. Any low-privileged account with API access can read, modify, or delete another user's webhook records, including an administrator's records.
