Database data extraction via uncast payment method ID
Published Aug 7, 2023 · Updated Oct 20, 2024
SQL injection in Hikari Software Team HikaShop 4.0.0 through 4.7.2 allows remote authenticated users to extract database data. The backend order editor saves a client-controlled payment method ID without an integer cast, then field.php concatenates it into a query that loads custom order fields. Access to HikaShop order management is required, and successful injection can disclose the database name, version, or entire database.
