Unauthenticated code execution via buffer overflow
Published Jul 12, 2025 · Updated Feb 26, 2026
Buffer overflow in Ivanti Avalanche Manager before 6.4.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or interrupt the service. Ivanti has not disclosed the affected component, input field, or unchecked buffer-copy operation that processes attacker-controlled data. The network interface accepts the triggering input without authentication, and successful exploitation can crash the service or execute code in its process context.
