HTML injection in affected IBM Cloud Pak System 2.3 releases allows remote authenticated users to execute code in a victim's browser. IBM has not disclosed the affected interface or missing neutralization step; submitted HTML is rendered when another user views it. Low-privileged access and victim interaction are required, and the code runs only in the hosting site's browser context.
