CVE-2023-3797Public exploit

Authenticated code execution via unrestricted ASPX upload

Published Jul 20, 2023 · Updated Nov 22, 2024

Unrestricted file upload in Istrong Four Mountain Torrent System 20230712 allows remote authenticated users to write server files. The UploadFloodPlanFileUpdate.ashx handler accepts a multipart Filedata value naming an ASPX file and stores it under a predictable timestamped ASPX path without restricting dangerous file types. Adjacent-network access and low-privileged authentication are sufficient; the uploaded ASPX can run as a remotely reachable webshell.
