Arbitrary server-side requests via CSRF-prone validation endpoint

CSRF in Jenkins Test Results Aggregator Plugin 1.2.13 and earlier allows remote attackers to make Jenkins connect to arbitrary URLs. The doTestApiConnection form-validation method passes an unvalidated jenkinsUrl and supplied credentials to Collector.getAPIConnection, while its HTTP endpoint accepts GET requests. Exploitation requires inducing a victim's browser to request the endpoint; the bounded consequence is an attacker-directed outbound connection from the Jenkins controller.
