Missing transport encryption in Jenkins Active Directory Plugin 2.30 and earlier allows attackers to capture Active Directory credentials. The Test Domain connection path ignores the Require TLS and StartTls settings and sends its Active Directory bind over an unencrypted connection. Exploitation requires a network position that can capture controller-to-directory traffic, and only connection tests expose the credentials.
