XXE in Jenkins External Monitor Job Type Plugin 206.v9a_94ff0b_4a_10 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read controller files. ExternalRun.acceptRemoteSubmission passes the POST body to XMLInputFactory.createXMLStreamReader without disabling DTDs or external entities. Item/Build permission and an existing external job are required; crafted XML can exfiltrate controller secrets or make server-side requests.
