Command injection in Zyxel NAS326 and NAS542 firmware allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands via a crafted URL. Zyxel identifies the WSGI server as the locus but has not published the affected route or the unsafe command-building operation. A valid device session is required, and successful exploitation permits commands that can read or alter stored data and interrupt appliance operation.
