Continued account access via unexpired pre-2FA sessions

Insufficient session expiration in Cal.com 3.1.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to retain account access after 2FA activation. The 2FA activation flow leaves other existing authenticated sessions valid instead of invalidating them and requiring identity verification. An account must already be signed in on at least two devices; a session on another device then continues without completing the newly enabled second factor.
