Missing firmware-update integrity checks in Phoenix Contact WP 6xxx panels before 4.0.10 allow remote authenticated users to gain full device access. The SNMPv2 firmware-update path accepts a specially crafted update request without verifying a firmware signature, allowing attacker-supplied code to be installed. SNMPv2 write privileges are required, and successful exploitation compromises control of the embedded panel.
