Missing authorization in Phoenix Contact WP 6xxx firmware before 4.0.10 allows remote attackers to access HTTP API upload functions. The HTTP API exposes upload functions without authorization checks, allowing untrusted uploads that trigger SSL certificate errors. Network access to a panel is sufficient; the documented consequence is a partial service interruption rather than confidentiality loss.
