Arbitrary file read in Phoenix Contact WP 6xxx panels before 4.0.10 allows remote authenticated users to read browser-accessible device files. The embedded Qt browser follows an externally controlled resource reference into the device filesystem without confining access to intended web content. Low-privilege access is required, and exposure is limited to files readable by the browser user.
