Encoding-process crash via out-of-bounds bitmap access

Heap-buffer overflow in libjpeg before 1.66 allows remote attackers to crash an encoding process by supplying a crafted image file. LineBitmapRequester::EncodeRegion invokes RGB2YCbCr on crafted bitmap data, which reads four bytes beyond the allocated heap buffer. Processing the file is required, and the demonstrated consequence is termination of the affected encoding process.
