CVE-2023-3783Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Stored XSS via unneutralized POST parameters

Published Jul 20, 2023 · Updated Oct 24, 2024

Stored XSS in Webile WiFi PC File Transfer 1.0.1 allows remote attackers to run scripts in a victim's browser via crafted POST data. The send and add handlers store message text or new_file_name without neutralizing markup, then render it in message or file listings. No account is required, but execution requires a victim to view the affected listing; browser-context access enables session theft, phishing, redirects, and interface manipulation.
