Stored script execution via unneutralized Tasktyp field
Published Sep 1, 2023 · Updated Oct 1, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in General Solutions Steiner GmbH CASE 3 Taskmanagement 3.3 allows remote attackers to execute script in a browser. The Tasktyp field stores an unneutralized payload in a task template and renders it whenever a task created from that template is opened. No authentication is required to inject the payload, but another user must open a template-derived task; execution remains within that user's browser context.
