Unauthenticated proxy crash via nil request dereference

Denial of service in elazarl goproxy 1.1 allows remote attackers to crash a MITM-mode proxy with a malformed HTTPS request. In handleHttps, a request-target of * causes request parsing to return nil, but the logging path dereferences that nil request and panics. The proxy must be operating in MITM mode and accept the crafted request; triggering the panic terminates the goproxy server.
